2. What personal data we collect
Personal data about employees and users stored in Intect’s account is used solely to fulfill our agreement with the company using Intect and its users.
We collect the company’s basic information such as name, address, CVR number, email, mobile number, and other necessary contact details, as well as bank information and any system integrations.
We only collect the personal data you provide to us when creating and subsequently updating the company’s Intect account.
We collect the personal data and any images (we allow users to change their avatar to a personal photo) that the company provides to us about its employees, administrators, and other non-employed users created by the company.
We do this solely to enable the company to use Intect’s services optimally.
We do not collect personal data about employees unless the company and/or specific users have given their explicit consent. An exception is personal tax information required for reporting to eIndkomst at SKAT when the company processes payroll.
We collect information via our cookies. See more in our Cookie Policy, which you can find in our Trust Center.
Cookies are used to provide users with a better experience in the Intect application after logging in. The collected data is also used to pursue our legitimate interest in tailoring our website content specifically to each user.
For user surveys, participation is always voluntary, and information collected — including gender, age, interests, opinions, and knowledge about various topics — is not shared with third parties.
We use the surveys to improve our services and to offer companies and their employees other services.
The legal basis for collecting personal data via our surveys is always the participant’s consent.
We use subcontractors to deliver Intect’s services; you can always find an updated list in our Trust Center.
3. You can withdraw your consent at any time
If you withdraw your consent, we will delete the information we have collected as a result of your participation in our surveys.
If you are not yet a customer, we collect information about you/your company for marketing purposes.
We do this to pursue our legitimate interest in marketing to you.
We only use your email, etc., for marketing if we have obtained your explicit prior consent.
3.1. Access to personal data, etc.
If a user wishes to access the data registered at user level in Intect, they should contact the company’s administrator. Company administrators can contact us at support@intect.io.
If incorrect information is registered about a user or employee and neither the user nor the administrator can correct it themselves, or if there are other objections to our processing of personal data, please contact us at support@intect.io.
It is possible to request insight into which information is registered about specific individuals, and you are entitled to object to our processing of your personal data.
If it turns out that personal data about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to have it corrected.
You can object at any time to the processing of your data. Simply write to us at support@intect.io.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time for any processing we carry out based on your consent.
You have the right to complain about our processing of your personal data if we do not uphold your objections.
Complaints should be sent to the Danish Data Protection Agency. See more at www.datatilsynet.dk
3.2. Deletion or disclosure of personal data
Personal data is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled.
We store personal data for as long as we have an active customer relationship and for up to five years after a customer relationship becomes inactive. The company’s administrator or management can request deletion before this period expires.
When the customer relationship ends, we store personal data for as long as required by law, including accounting legislation.
Employees, provided the company has not been deactivated, can edit their own data and manage which contact details are available in Intect.
3.3. Our role as data processor
In relation to you and your company, we are the data processor for the personal data you process and store in Intect. You can find our Data Processing Agreement in our Trust Center.
3.4. Changes to our privacy policy
In the event of significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by means of a visible notice on our websites.
