The latest update to our terms was published on 25-03-2025. We recommend that you read the terms in order to understand the conditions for entering into an agreement for the use of Intect’s products and services. The general terms and conditions are intended to protect both Intect and the Customer by establishing a mutual understanding of the conditions that apply to the use of a product, platform, or service.

At Intect, we take data security and responsible information management seriously. That’s why we are proud to be ISAE 3000 certified — an independent auditor’s assurance that our processes comply with applicable standards for information security, data protection, and accountability

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

The latest update to our Data Processing Agreement was published on 24-04-2025. We recommend that you read the agreement to understand how your data is processed. The applicable version of the Data Processing Agreement at any given time is the most recent version, which can always be accessed here, or the most recently signed version.
