Save time with Date management
With Intect you can set the system to realize certain changes in the future e.g., regulations of payroll, parental leave, or fixed expenses for a shorter period. You can also make quick corrections with Date management.
An example could be that you know that a certain employee will get a raise from July 1st, 2021. Months before, you can prepare the new salary type as well as the amount and number of units – and set the starting date to be the first of July 2021. At the same time, you can set the employee’s present salary to stop June 30th, 2021.
The Date management feature is activated with just one click, and then the two columns “Start date” and “End date” appear in the system. If the “Start date” and “End date” cells are empty, there are no changes, and the payroll batch will be done as usually.
