How do we select and approve subprocessors?
We choose our subprocessors with great care and assess them based on their security measures, GDPR compliance and their technical and organisational capabilities.
Our data processing agreement specifies:
- That we only use approved subprocessors.
- That we enter into separate data processing agreements with all subprocessors.
- That we inform our customers of significant changes in our use of subprocessors.
How do I accept the Data Processing Agreement?
By using our services, you accept our standard Data Processing Agreement. If your organisation has specific requirements, we can discuss adjustments within the legal framework.
