Lufthavnsvikar is an external temp agency based at Copenhagen Airport that provides professional recruitment and temporary staffing solutions to all kinds of companies that are connected to the airport in various ways.

Before COVID-19 spread across the world, Lufthavnsvikar had 300-350 temps in the summer and 200 temps in the winter.

The temp agency stands out from similar agencies in the industry because Lufthavnsvikar’s staff are security-cleared from the start. This means that the staff can quickly be deployed to the airport’s companies when the need for external labour arises.

Adapted to the temp industry’s complex pay conditions

In the past, Lufthavnsvikar’s challenge has been that their temps can work under several collective agreements on the very same day, which means different pension rates, etc.

Because of the option to handle temps working under different collective agreements, the temp agency was interested in taking a closer look at Intect.

After the implementation process, Lufthavnsvikar quickly identified the potential of Intect’s employee app, as the employees can make changes themselves to, for example, their main and secondary tax cards. This feature has significantly eased the administrative work, as the employees themselves help optimise the payroll process through an engaging approach to payroll administration.
