Import time posts quickly and easily to Intect or let your employees register their own time in the system.
Save time and resources with efficient time entry
Time entry in Intect makes it easy to optimize and automate the time registration process – whether you’re already using a time and planning system or not.
If you’re already using time registration, it’s easy to import time data to Intect, where it’s automatically converted into salary type data based on criteria you yourself decide. This can be person-specific criteria or based on factors such as collective agreements and other special rules relevant to your company.
The module also gives you and your employees direct access to register, when you have been working, on vacation, been sick etc. in the system. As administrator, you can then approve or decline the registrations.
Whether you register directly in Intect or import time posts from Excel, Quinyx, Titanplan or somewhere else, the time entry module creates transparency throughout the entire process. This leads to fewer errors and more satisfied employees while simultaneously reducing the administrative process significantly.
