Get happier employees
Unfortunately, many people encounter errors in their payslips. That creates distrust between employees and the company and is frustrating for both sides. Therefore, and as the first payroll system in the world, you can send payslips in draft form to your employees via Intect.
Intect has developed the function in order to secure high-quality payroll batches, which increases employee satisfaction.
Unique but simple
As an administrator, with the Intect approval flow, you can lock a payroll batch, which your employees check for error using the employee app before it’s booked.
This ensures higher transparency and quality in your payroll, which in the end benefits both you and your employees.
If you encounter errors anyway, you can correct them in the system. You just enter the right numbers, and Intect corrects the difference itself.
The payroll batch approval flow is only available in Intect. The feature costs DKK 2,5 per pay slip and is included in the gold package.
